Walls & Ceilings:

Marine sandwitch panel walls and ceiling secures fire resistance and sound insulation.

 

Bottom Tray:

Steel bottm tray tested to ensure watertight constuction before it is painted with anti corrosive paint.

 

Pipes:

All water pipes are made of polypropylene and pressure tested before it is painted with anti corrosive paint.

 

Drainage:

Stainless steel scupper and outlet pipes welded together with the bottom tray and pressure tested.

 

Electricity:

Very high quality electrical cables and conduits are included and connected to central junction box located in the shaft..

 

Doors:

Stainless steel frame and hinges. Doorleaf with stainless steel frame; inner side with a full height mirror, outer side with natural veneer laminate to match the room decoration. The door is supplied with 20 MM airgap and lock.

 

Walls finish:

Ceramic tiles, marble, granite or PVC laminated panels.

 

Floor Finish:

Ceramic tiles, marble or graniste.

 

Wash basin:

White China or other selected colour, counter sunk in marble or granite or self standing equiped with hand mixer.

 

W.C:

Wall mounted, white china or other selected colour equiped withan imported flusing tank.

 

Shower:

Shower tray or bath tub, equiped with showerset mixer including hose, head and rail.

 

Light:

Imported halogen spot lights.

 

Accessories:

Imported towel hook, paper holder and cloths hook.

 

Mirror:

One piece mirror above wash basin.

 

Ventilation:

White P.V.C 100 mm diameter.
